All officially registered members of the <strong data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1414\">International Committee of Scientific Reviewers (ICSR)<\/strong> are eligible.<\/p><p data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1602\">3.2. Only <strong data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1515\">complete reviews, delivered within the established deadline (10 days)<\/strong> and approved by the editorial team regarding quality and relevance, will be counted.<\/p><p data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1736\">3.3.
