Throughout 2026, Scientia International will implement a special policy to support the initial consolidation of its scientific journals.
All articles accepted for publication in Volume 1, Issue 1 of each journal will receive a full waiver of the Article Processing Charge – APC.
From Volume 1, Issue 2, and for articles accepted until 31 December 2026, a 66.7% reduction in the regular APC will apply, reducing the fee from:

This measure is intended to support the consolidation of the journals, encourage new submissions, and expand the international academic circulation of published research.

Publication fees for chapters vary according to the length of the text, based on the total number of characters, including spaces.

All accepted chapters are published in a bilingual version, including the original language and a translation into Portuguese, Spanish, or English.

All accepted articles and chapters receive basic editorial language revision at no additional cost.
When a manuscript presents language issues that compromise comprehension, authors may be required to make corrections before publication. The need for substantial revisions may affect the expected editorial timeline.
Professional linguistic revision of translations is an optional service and must be contracted separately.
Funding agencies, universities, research centers, and graduate programs may permit institutional funds, grants, or research support to be used for the payment of publication fees.
Scientia International also considers requests for support related to scientific, social, educational, or public-interest projects.

Payment must be completed within ten business days after editorial acceptance and issuance of the corresponding invoice.
The author, financial contact, or paying institution is responsible for checking any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs applied by the selected financial institution.

In case of doubt regarding the authenticity of a payment request, the author must contact the editorial team directly before making any payment.
The fees listed on this page do not include Value Added Tax – VAT, goods and services taxes, or any other applicable consumption taxes.
When required by the relevant tax legislation, the applicable tax will be added to the invoice according to the billing country, the customer’s location, and their tax status.
